PROJECT Details

This project included a complete renovation of the existing athletic facility, converting the building into multiple uses including offices, gathering rooms, and guest apartments for visiting dignitaries.

The finishes in the building complement the surrounding buildings and are of the same standard of excellence that is the school’s goal in all aspects. Two Tiffany stained glass windows that once adorned the school’s first chapel were restored to their original condition and installed in this building.

LEED Gold certification was achieved through many factors of design and construction including adaptive reuse; installation of roof insulation where none existed; construction waste and debris management; daylighting controls; and the use of recycled and reusable materials.
