O&G’s priority was to get all the work right, get it coordinated, and complete on time. O&G met the timeframe, though not without the challenges of COVID and working around occupied spaces above street level. Our crew worked through the logistics of sharing the building’s single freight elevator with all the other tenants, coordinating the timing of deliveries of materials so as not to impact them.
This office renovation had an interesting parking garage aesthetic, with architectural elements and colors that were on-brand with LAZ’s business. Finishes included common areas with unfinished concrete flooring and exposed ceilings, line striping on the floors, and graphics in the elevator lobby.
