O&G was involved in multiple phases of this 10-year project to reclaim and redevelop an 88-acre former urban, industrial area into a high-end, mixed-use community.
Harbor Point was one of the first projects to qualify for the U.S. Green Building Council’s Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design for Neighborhood Development (LEED-ND) pilot program.
Harbor Point included 400,000 SF of retail space, 350,000 SF of office space, a hotel, spa, 4,000 new housing units – 30 buildings altogether – and over 16 acres of parkland and a mile of shoreline trails. O&G also completed $15 million in site work and utility relocation on Washington Avenue in Stamford as part of the development.
