Tara Grieco
Administrative Services
O&G Headquarters, Torrington
In recognition of Women in Construction Week, Tara Grieco has been selected as one of the inaugural Outstanding Women of O&G, honoring the steady leadership and operational excellence she brings to our company every day.
Based in the Main Office, Tara plays a critical role in keeping operations connected to the field. She manages front-line communications, supports freight and logistics coordination, and ensures information flows efficiently between departments. Whether handling time-sensitive requests or tracking down answers to keep projects moving, she approaches every task with urgency and precision.
During a period when Administrative Services was operating with limited staffing, Tara stepped forward to take on expanded responsibilities during one of the busiest times of the year. She prioritized urgent needs, maintained continuity across multiple functions, and ensured both field and office teams had the support they needed to stay focused on execution. Her ability to manage competing demands under pressure reflects the same adaptability and accountability required on any job site.
Colleagues describe Tara as dependable and proactive; someone who not only gets the job done but ensures it’s done right. She builds trust through follow-through, sound judgment, and a willingness to learn new systems and processes that strengthen the department’s effectiveness.
While much of her work happens behind the scenes, its impact is felt across O&G. Through consistency, professionalism, and teamwork, Tara helps create the operational stability that allows our field teams to perform at their best.
