In recognition of Women in Construction Week, Dawn Moavero has been selected as one of the inaugural Outstanding Women of O&G, celebrating her decades of expertise and leadership at our Beacon Falls Custom Stone Fabrication Center.
With more than 24 years at O&G, Dawn serves as a vital link between sales, vendors, fabrication teams, and customers. She coordinates special orders, manages lead times, and oversees Bluestone purchasing, ensuring materials are ordered accurately and delivered on schedule. Her deep product knowledge and process expertise help keep projects aligned from the start.
Dawn is known for identifying potential issues before they become costly problems. She reviews contracts carefully, confirms specifications, and communicates clearly about pricing and timelines so expectations remain aligned, and projects stay on track.
Just as important is her team-first mindset. Dawn regularly asks coworkers how she can help and goes above and beyond to ensure others succeed. She takes time to explain processes, share knowledge, and mentor colleagues, helping even newer team members feel capable, confident, and part of the team. Her professionalism, integrity, and steady leadership strengthen every project she supports and continue to make a meaningful impact across O&G.
