Melanny has over a decade of experience working at a car dealership, holding various positions where she gained extensive expertise in the luxury goods sector. Originally from Ecuador, she is fluent in both English and Spanish.
A former cross-country runner, Melanny remains active by hiking and walking with her 9-year-old dog, Oliver. She also has a passion for horseback riding. In her spare time, she enjoys channeling her creativity through drawing and painting and attending car shows.
Her husband, Joseph Monaco, has been employed as a diesel truck mechanic at the Southbury repair shop for three years. His pride in working at O&G motivated Melanny to seek a position with the company. She’s excited about bringing her skills and passion for helping others to her new role at O&G and is eager to learn about the construction industry.
