We’re excited to welcome Jack Griffith, who has joined O&G’s Building Group this fall as an Intern on the Manchester Public Library project. Jack will be with us through November as he continues to expand his knowledge and gain valuable industry experience.
Jack is currently a senior at Arizona State University, set to graduate in May 2026 with a degree in Construction Management. Interestingly, he began his college career as a business major before discovering his passion for construction through a mentor during his freshman summer. Since then, he has built a strong foundation in quality control and field engineering through two internships with general contractors.
This fall, Jack is eager to dive into the behind-the-scenes work inside the trailer—from submittals and RFIs to P6 scheduling and change orders—to round out his field experience.
Outside of work, Jack enjoys the outdoors, especially fishing and hiking in places like Yellowstone, the Grand Canyon, and the Grand Tetons. He’s also passionate about finance and investing.
We’re thrilled to have Jack on the team and look forward to supporting his growth as he takes on this exciting project with us. Stay tuned as we bring you his spotlight towards the end of his experience with us and hear about all the things he’s learned during his time here.
