Please join us in welcoming Bill Rose to O&G as a full-time Project Engineer in our Heavy Civil Division!
Bill is no stranger to O&G—he spent the past two summers interning with our Heavy Civil team. In 2023, he supported estimating efforts, and in 2024, he joined the field team on the I-91/I-691 interchange project, where he now continues his work as a full-time engineer. His hands-on background includes five years of summer work in site construction, starting as a laborer and progressing to operating loaders and haul trucks.
A recent graduate of the University of Delaware with a degree in Civil Engineering, Bill brings both experience and energy to the team. He grew up in Simsbury, CT, and is a proud graduate of Simsbury High School.
When he’s not on the job, you’ll likely find him lifting weights at the gym or spending time at his family’s house on Highland Lake.
