We’re celebrating another project award!
O&G will be constructing two new dormitories designed to support the evolving needs of Taft’s student body. The project reflects Taft’s long-term vision for enhanced campus life with a dedicated freshman campus. Each building will house 68 student beds as well as 5 faculty apartments, each within approximately 40,000 square-foot facilities. Construction is scheduled to begin in April 2027 and conclude in August 2028, aligning with a planned occupancy for the Fall 2028 semester.
