Welcome Pat Mancini, O&G’s New Vp Of Fleet Maintenance

We are pleased to formally introduce Pat Mancini, our new Vice President of Fleet Maintenance and Operations. Pat brings 25 years of progressive experience in tractor-trailer fleet management, recently serving as Director of Fleet Maintenance for Bozzuto’s Inc. in Cheshire.

This marks the beginning of the transition of responsibilities from our current VP, Jim Zambero, who will retire in the spring. During this transition, Pat will work closely with Jim and eventually take charge of optimizing and monitoring our entire Repair Division.

Pat has an impressive background in the field. At Bozzuto’s, his leadership helped modernize the fleet maintenance division through innovative programs, key performance indicators, and the introduction of telematics, boosting both efficiency and communication. He aims to bring these same objectives to O&G’s Fleet Maintenance.

Eager to build upon the foundation set by his predecessors over the past century, Pat is committed to advancing the department to the next level. His lifelong passion for this field began as a kid, working alongside his dad on car and truck repairs.

Pat was drawn to O&G by its family atmosphere and the owners’ active involvement in daily business. He appreciates the friendly, supportive environment where everyone is willing to help. His favorite part of the job is the daily opportunity to make impactful changes that enhance performance and improve the department’s environment.

Pat credits his career success to his passion and drive for accomplishing tasks and striving for continuous improvement. He is inspired by the chance to be part of such a dynamic industry.

Pat’s proudest career accomplishment is his journey from driver to Vice President. He firmly believes that team members share accountability for success or failure, often saying, “We fail and succeed as a team.”

Outside of work, Pat’s ideal weekend includes spending time with family, enjoying a great meal, taking a trip to the beach, or going for a relaxing motorcycle ride.

We are excited to have Pat on board and look forward to his contributions to our company!
