This award is presented to individuals or firms that have consistently advocated for and actively contributed to increasing MBE participation. Julia was recognized for her outstanding leadership and relentless efforts in developing and maintaining strong relationships with MBE subcontractors on behalf of O&G.

Julia humbly acknowledged the award by stating, ‘While my name is on this award, it truly represents the collective efforts of the entire Building Group Estimating Department. From bidding to project completion, we are committed to enhancing MBE participation in our projects. This recognition reinforces that O&G Industries is making meaningful strides in engaging and empowering the MBE community. I am thrilled that our hard work is being acknowledged!’
