Congratulations On Your Retirement, Patti Mohrman!

Patricia (Patti) Mohrman began her career with O&G in 1999, initially joining as a temporary employee for a year. By June 2000, she had transitioned into a full-time role as dispatcher at the Bogue Road Sand, Gravel and Concrete Plant in Torrington. Patti worked her way up to the role of administrative assistant, a position she held with pride throughout her tenure.

During her years at O&G, Patti thrived in managing the administrative responsibilities at the Bogue Road facility, ensuring everything was well organized. She found great satisfaction in collaborating with Quality Control, contributing to the smooth operation of the facility.

The relationships Patti built over the years were the highlight of her time at O&G. She formed lasting bonds and expressed gratitude towards mentors Jim Maher and Sue Duffy for their invaluable guidance.

As she looks forward to retirement, Patti hopes to return to Long Island, where her family resides. Decades ago, she and her husband relocated to Connecticut for his job with Konika-Minolta in Waterbury. Now, with both retired, they plan to reconnect with their New York roots.

Reflecting on her time at O&G, Patti said that it has been a wonderful place to work, and she will dearly miss the company and her colleagues.
