With a keen interest in math and science, Adam decided to pursue his studies in civil engineering at Worcester Polytechnic Institute. Additionally, his father being a residential builder led him to have a keen interest in infrastructure and buildings from an early age.
Adam has completed two prior internships: one working under a surveyor and one as a project engineer. At O&G, Adam has been interning in the building group as a project engineer for the New Fairfield High School Project. So far, he has enjoyed being on site during the final phases of a construction project. He says one of the most interesting aspects is especially working on a “closeout punch” and seeing all the intricate details that make up the greater project.
After graduating Adam hopes to pursue a master’s degree and receive his professional engineering license. In his free time, he is a baseball player on the Worcester Polytechnic Institute team!
