How did you get started in the industry? I started working for my uncle, who oversaw a construction firm servicing the Connecticut/New York area.
What is your favorite part of working at our company? O&G empowers people to complete projects with support from the corporate office but without micromanagement.
What do you like most about the work we do here? Delivering a product that affects people’s lives in a positive way.
What are you most proud of in your career so far? The positive relationships I have built.
In terms of successes, which accomplishments are you most proud of? Just being an honest, no-nonsense person who is true to his word in everything I do.
What is the most interesting project you’ve worked on here/in your career? Norwalk Aquarium 4D Theatre and Seal Tank
How has your role evolved over time since you’ve been here? Technology has evolved, and with that comes greater responsibility to incorporate this technology into our daily activities.
What do you think makes our team culture unique? The fact we truly care about our client’s needs and the importance of delivering a high-quality product that everyone can be proud of
What are your goals for the next few months/years? To continue to deliver projects with high-quality workmanship safely and on time.
What is one thing that you wish people knew about your job? It isn’t easy, but it is rewarding.
