What are you most proud of in your career so far? I am proud to be a woman working in a man’s world.
How did you get started in the industry? I started as a laborer for a traveling construction company that specialized in installing pallet racks at warehouses.
What do you enjoy most about working at O&G? I enjoy being able to work as a team on projects on-site.
What do you think makes our company culture unique? O&G is a large company, yet it still gives off the small family type of close-knit environment across all its divisions.
What are your career goals? To succeed in every role that I am in so, I can continue to expand my career.
What motivates you in your career? Every project is unique and presents multiple challenges that make the end result that much more gratifying.
What is one thing that you wish people knew about your job? Everything has a paper trail in construction, and the amount of documents needed to keep a project on schedule is much more than you would ever expect.

What’s one thing people don’t know about you that they would be surprised to discover? I am a surety bail bonds agent at Budget Bail Bonds, Connecticut’s largest and most renowned bail bonds company.
What’s one thing on your bucket list? Attend the Super Bowl when the Raiders make it, but I may never get to achieve this one because… it’s the Raiders.
