What was your last place of employment and position? JC Elite, Project Manager
What are you most proud of in your career so far? Having the opportunity to renovate more than 10 DaVita Dialysis facilities throughout the tri-state area. I’ll always remember the positive impact those projects had on the patients and staff.
How did you get started in the industry? Or, if you came from a different industry, tell us what attracted you to construction. My grandfather had built a reputation in the construction industry. He passed down his knowledge to my father, who, in turn, taught me. I was on construction job sites with my father at a young age.
What do you enjoy most about working at O&G? The culture and the people I’ve had the opportunity to work with at O&G have been great mentors and even better friends.
What do you think makes our company culture unique? The willingness to not only perform at a high level but to mentor and positively impact the younger professionals. The monthly project managers’ workshops are a prime example of this.
What are your career goals? Growth and increased responsibility within the company
What motivates you in your career? The ability to build institutions and facilities that positively impact the community.
What is one thing that you wish people knew about your job? Our green initiative…..by utilizing Geo-thermal heating & photovoltaic solar energy, we’ve significantly reduced our projects’ carbon footprint.
