O&G Industries, a nearly century-old construction company headquartered in Connecticut, ranked in the 70th position on Engineering News-Record’s (ENR) 2015 Top 100 Green Building Contractors list. O&G is one of only two Connecticut-based contractors to make the list.
“As a building contractor in the educational and healthcare markets, green and sustainable building are a core part of our business. We completed our first LEED certified project over a decade ago and have made the commitment to incorporate sustainable building practices into all of our building construction and renovation projects.” stated Gregory S. Oneglia, Vice Chairman of O&G Industries.
O&G has completed over 50 projects that have incorporated sustainable building practices into their design. In addition, O&G has constructed over 2 million square feet of LEED registered and/or certified buildings including 3 LEED Gold projects.
