O&G Industries, Connecticut’s largest privately-held construction company, recently completed the renovation of a Cath Lab at St. Mary’s Hospital in Waterbury, Connecticut.
The five-week long project involved renovating Cardiac Catheterization Lab #2 within the Hospital’s Cardiovascular Care Center. O&G completed construction two weeks ahead of schedule, and without interruption to the adjacent, Cath Lab which was fully operational during construction. The project team included O&G, Moser Pilon Nelson Architects and Van Zelm Engineers who turned over the facility in August.
This is the second of two Cath labs that O&G’s Healthcare Unit has renovated for St. Mary’s Hospital in the past year. Other healthcare projects recently completed by O&G’s Healthcare Unit include an expansion of the St. Francis Hospital’s Comprehensive Women’s Health Center and the new Arnhold Emergency Department at New Milford Hospital.
