The Glastonbury Riverfront Park project was recently honored with a 2015 “Excellence in Construction Award” by the Connecticut Chapter of Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC).
The $12 million dollar project was designed by the Northeast Collaborative Architects with O&G Industries serving as the Construction Manager. The Boathouse is the anchor for Phase II of Glastonbury Riverfront Park in Glastonbury, CT.
The 19,000 square foot Boathouse building features a banquet facility, storage space for 67 rowing shells, a dock for the Fire Department’s rescue boat, a picnic pavilion and outdoor recreation space. The building opened to the public in August of 2014.
